Delete your account
This is permanent. Deleting your account removes your profile,
posts, and Kosh records, and releases your place in the Samaj directory.
It cannot be undone.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Shodkk
- Go to your Profile
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm
By email
If you can't access the app, email support@myind.ai from the phone number or email on your account. We process deletion requests within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photo, and account details
- Your Zaroorat posts, SOS requests, and moments
- Your karma, invites you hold, and vouch records
- Your Kosh contribution and application history
What remains
Aggregate, anonymised community totals (for example, the overall Kosh balance) are retained so the Samaj's records stay consistent. Cancel any active in-app subscription in the App Store or Google Play before deleting.
