Shodkk is an invite-only community app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

Information we collect

• Account & profile — name, phone number or email, native place, your Samaj/community, and optional details like skills, photo, and family information you choose to add.
• Trust graph — who invited you, who vouched for you, and the invites you send — the basis of the community's trust model.
• Activity — posts on the Zaroorat board, SOS requests, Kosh contributions and applications, RSVPs, and karma you earn.
• Device & diagnostics — app version, crash logs, and a push token so we can deliver notifications.

How we use it

To run the app you joined — verify your invite, show you the directory and board, route SOS alerts to nearby members, operate the Kosh, and send notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see your information

Your profile and contributions are visible to verified members of your Samaj — that is the point of a community directory. They are not public and are not visible to anyone outside the community.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database (hosted on AWS).
• Firebase — crash reporting (Crashlytics) and push delivery (Cloud Messaging).
• RevenueCat — manages any in-app purchases, where offered.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, control notification and visibility settings, and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app — see the account deletion page. You can also email us to access or remove your data.
